RESEARCH INTERESTS
Chemical characterization of tropical legumes. Nutritional and toxicological evaluation of tropical feeds and feedstuffs and their effects on nutrient catabolism, metabolism and pathology in rabbits, poultry and goats. Livestock systems, monogastric nutrition. isolation, purification and characterization and detoxification of anti-nutritional, toxic and potentially toxic factors of significance in the improvement of feed. Resource Recycling and Bio-conversion of Plant and Animal Wastes into Animal Feed. Use of Natural Resources in Plants to Enhance Environmental Protection and The Ecosystem.
